I just tried this. I clicked "sign in", and it took me to the standard
Fedora login. After entering my credentials there, it took me back to
translate.fp.o and made me agree to some terms. Once I selected the box
there and clicked submit, it took me to the main interface.
So, seems to work here.
Is this the first time you're trying to login? Are you able to login to
your Fedora account without issues?
