We still update all of 2.x for security fixes, but not all RFE's go into them. There is no upstream schedule for "releases" that we follow. Right now we only do Fedora "releases/builds" for F45 (3.3/3.2) F44 (3.2), F43 (3.1), but we update most of the 2.x branches with bug fixes - we push these fixes all the time.  I'm not sure how you are getting your 2.x builds, but that's not "us" who creates them.  Now we do create new branches when major RHEL versions are released, but that schedule is not public. Anyway we do update the wiki (landing page) when these "Fedora" releases are made.  We don't do them as often as we used to, but it's still kept up to date.
