[Test-Announce] F45 Final NO-GO

Because no suitable release candidate (rc) was available, we do not have an F45 Final RC. As a result, F45 Final is NO-GO by default. The next Fedora Linux 45 Final Go/No-Go meeting[1] will be held at 1700 UTC on Thursday, 22 October 2026 in #fedora-meeting on Matrix. We will aim for the "current target date #1" milestone of Tuesday, 27 October 2026. The release schedule[2] will be updated accordingly soon.
