The localization tracker I suggest to use is: https://pagure.io/fedora-l10n/tickets
Localization bug often are close to the project having the bug. Which make it complex to follow.
Rafael found the bug during "Nest"/Flock, in translating fedora documentation.
I was unsure if this could be specific to documentation (there is many documents) or global to Weblate.
Anyway, Weblate's support answered Weblate 4.2 will resolve the bug.
It was released two days ago: https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/releases/tag/weblate-4.2
You can expect our translation server to be migrated in a week or two.
